摘要
通过液培试验研究了不同的镁浓度(0~16 mmol/L)对烤烟干物质积累及养分吸收的影响。结果表明,在一定范围内供镁(2~4 mmol/L)能促进烤烟株高、最大叶面积、茎围、根干质量、茎干质量、叶干质量的显著增加,低镁(0~1 mmol/L)和过量供镁(8~16 mmol/L)又使上述参数显著降低,但镁对烤烟叶片数没有显著影响。不同镁浓度处理间烤烟氮含量没有显著差异,供镁(2~8 mmol/L)使烤烟磷的含量显著增加,低镁(0~0.5 mmol/L)和过量(16mmol/L)供镁使烤烟磷显著降低;供镁(1~4 mmol/L)也促进了烤烟钾含量的显著增加,但当镁浓度超过8 mmol/L则使烤烟钾含量显著降低;烤烟钙含量随镁浓度的增加显著降低,而烤烟镁含量则随镁浓度增加而显著升高,钙与镁呈极显著的负相关。
A solution experiment was carried out to study the effects of different Mg concentration(0-16 mmol/L) on growth and nutrient uptake of flue-cured tobacco.The results showed that right Mg concentration promoted height,maximum leaf area,stem,dry matter weight in root,dry matter weight in stem,dry matter weight in leaves significantly increase.The said parameters were significantly decreased in low Mg concentration(0-1 mmol/L) and high(8-16 mmol/L).Mg concentration had no significantly influence on leaves quantity and N content.Mg concentration(2-8 mmol/L) increased significantly P content but low(0-1 mmol/L)or high(16 mmol/L) Mg concentration decreased P content of flue-cured tobacco.Mg concentration(1-4 mmol/L) increased significantly K content but high Mg concentration decreased K content of flue-cured tobacco.Ca contents of flue-cured tobacco were significantly decreased but Mg contents were significantly were increased along with Mg concentration increase.Ca contents were significantly negative correlation with Mg contents.
