摘要
在溶液聚合的转化率比较高时,直接对反应液进行稀释并测其粘度来求聚合物的分子量。简化了通常测定过程中的压膜、烘干、重新溶解等步骤,明显缩短了测定的时间,更能适合于现场分析。对于丙烯腈与衣糠酸在二甲基亚砜中的共聚物,利用单点法进行测定,相对误差为1%。
When the recovery was higher during the solution polymerization, the molecularweight of AN-IA copolymer was calculated by using the intrinsic viscosities of the diluted reactionsolutions. Because the universal processes of film preparing, washing, drying and re-dissolvingwere simplified, the analysis time was reduced substantially. The proposed method is moresuitable to rapid analysis. The measurement error for the copolymer in DMSO by the single pointmethod was about 1 %.
