摘要
日本汽车产业的发展离不开政府有力保护、企业有效竞争和市场有序开发这三方面的成功做法。具体来看,政府的有力保护表现为:正确选择了汽车作为支柱产业,准确判断了世界节能的发展趋势,有效抗衡了国外势力,为日本汽车产业发展争取了宝贵的时间和空间;企业的有效竞争主要表现为日本汽车企业由初期的过度竞争调整为中期的有限竞争和长期的合作竞争,显现了独特的核心竞争力;市场的有序开发则表现在自行创造市场化主体、主动引导本土化生产、逐渐普及大众化需求、自觉完善配套化建设、具体落实社会化责任和不断改良环保性措施等多方面。
The development of Japanese automobile industry correlates closely to the strong government protection, the effective competition among enterprises and orderly market development. Firstly, the government chooses the automobile industry as the pillar industry and accurately judges the energy-saving trend, succeeding in coping with foreign rivals so as to win the time and space for the development of Japanese automobile industry .Secondly, the competition among enterprises has changed from excessive competition in early times to limited competition in mid-term and cooperation competition in long term, presenting core competence. Thirdly, the orderly development of market is embodied in creating market competitors, guiding local production actively, popularizing general demands gradually, accomplishing supporting construction, implementing the social responsibility and improving environmental protection measures continuously.
