摘要
研究了利用多波长导数—最小二乘回归—紫外分光光度法同时测量水中NO_3和NO_2离子含量的方法。通过测试体系在pH=6~7,200~218nm的吸光度,利用多波长求导及最小二乘法计算水中NO_3和NO_2离子的含量,并与最大吸收峰值法及多波长线形回归法进行比较,结果表明,多波长导数—最小二乘回归优于后两者。
Multiwavelength - derivative method and linear regression spectrophotometry combined with least square method are applied to the simultaneous determination of NO_3 and NO_2 in water. In the range of pH = 6 - 7, the absorbances are measured at the wavelengths from 200 to 218nm,and the NO_3 and NO_2 can be determined simultaneously. The datum obtained are compared with those obtained by maximum peak method and by multiwavelength linear regression method,the results indicate that this method is the best one.
