摘要
在分析了新型改性EBS类塑料润滑剂TAS -2A(商品名 )分子结构的基础上 ,提出了该润滑剂在几种塑料母粒制造中的应用情况 ,研究了该润滑剂在制造ABS色母粒、PP阻燃母料、PE珠光母粒及PE黑母粒等的应用效果。结果表明 :TAS -2A润滑剂在塑料母粒制造中有良好的润滑性和加工性 ,并使塑料制品有更高的光泽性。
The novel lubricant TAS-2A,that was used for preparation ABS colour masterbatch, PP flame retardant matrix, PE pearl matrix, black matrix and so on, and its effect was introduced on the basis of analysis its molecular structure. The results showed that the lubricity and process ability of the plastics matrix was improved more greatly by using TAS-2A lubricant, and the better gloss of plastics articles was provided.
