摘要
本文对Si_3N_4-MgAl_2O_4-ZrO_2系陶瓷料浆注凝成型工艺进行了较系统的研究,着重分析了复合分散剂、PH值及固相含量对粘度的影响,最终获得了固相含量为47vol%,粘度为455mPa·s,注模性能良好的注凝料浆,使用该料浆已制备了多种复杂形状的氮化硅基陶瓷制品。
The gel casting of Si3N4-MgAl2O4-ZrO2 ceramics was studied in this paper. The effects of composite dispersant, pH value and solid load on the viscosity of slurry were analysed. Finally, the slurry with solid loading of 47vol% and viscosity of 455mPa ?s was successfully prepared. The slurry is suitable for gel casting. A lot of Si3N4-base parts with complex shapes were produced by using this slurry.
