摘要
研制了含稀土元素的马氏体不锈钢型耐磨耐腐蚀热喷涂粉芯线材，并进行了电弧喷涂试验，测试了喷涂层的性能。试验结果表明：粉芯线材具有良好的喷涂工艺性，涂层有较高的结合强度和较好的耐磨耐腐蚀性。
The preparation of Fe-Cr-C-RE powder cored wire for thermal spraying was carried out. It was shown that the newly developedpowder cored wire posses good thermal spraying usability. The sprayed coating is good both in adhesion and wear resistance.
