摘要
随着我国高等教育规模的扩大和学生总量的快速增长,高校家庭经济困难学生的数量有较大增加,国家的资助政策能否真正落到实处,经济困难学生的认定工作就显得尤为重要。本文对家庭经济困难学生认定现状和存在问题进行了深入分析,并从经济困难学生建档、成立专门的认定机构和加强信息核实等六个方面提出了完善措施。
With the expansion of higher education scale and the rapid increase of student size,there appears a greater number of students who are from poverty-stricken families,the nation＇s grant-in-aid policy shows its significance regarding to whether it is really carried out or not.This paper probes into the designation of impoverished students and the existing problems,proposing some measures from building up the poor students＇ records,establishing specialized designation institution,and enhances verifying information and other six measures in all.
