摘要
伴着新农村建设的步伐,大力开发农村人才资源,加快农村实用型、创新型人才培养是建设社会主义新农村的迫切要求。要促进农村生产力发展,就必须始终把农村创新型人才培养作为关键因素。农村创业教育体系的构建是加快农村实用人才培养,提高广大农民自我发展能力,实现新农村建设的有利保障。
With the pace of building new countryside,the development of human resources in countryside,the cultivation of utility typed and innovation typed talents have become an urgent demand.Talent training in the countryside is the key factor in order to promote countryside＇s productivity development.And the construction of countryside＇s enterprise education system is the forceful guarantee to foster utility typed talents and enhance farmers＇ ability of self-development.
