摘要
基于粗集理论，从模式识别表达知识系统的方法出发，讨论了对于系统根据特征描述的分类的上近似、下近似概念，提出用去掉某些特征后对系统模式识别的影响来衡量该特征的分类能力，以模式识别效果为依据来评选有用特征，从而实现特征集的简化和优化组合的一种新方法。这种方法对于对降低知识表达的空间维数，简化信息处理也十分有用。
Based on the theoretical aspects of rough sets, the issue of the lower approximations andthe upper approximations of classification are discussed for knowledge representation of patternrecognition. The classification ability of a system feature is evaluated with the classification affectionintroduced by reducing system features and comparing the final classification result in patternrecognition. A new method of reduction and optimization on system feature is proposed. The newapproach is very valid far reducing the dimensions of knowledge representation system and dataintelligence processing.
