摘要
中间相炭微球(MCMBs)是一种性能优异的锂离子电池阳极用炭材料。研究了经不同温度热处理的MCMBs 的微观结构与充放电性能的相关性。经700 ℃~1 000 ℃炭化热处理的MCMBs,随着热处理温度的提高其充放电性能变好,而经1 700 ℃~2 800 ℃热处理的MCMBs 的充放电性能变化与此相反。经700 ℃热处理的MCMB的放电容量为425 m Ah/g,超过了石墨的理论容量376 m Ah/g,这是由于其内部的微孔起到了锂离子储存“仓库”的作用。
Mesocarbon microbeads is a promising carbon material for the anode of lithium ion batteries. MCMBs were heat treated at various temperatures, and the relationship between the microstructure of the MCMBs heat treated at various temperatures and their electrochemical properties for the anode of lithium ion batteries was investigated. It was found that the discharge capacity of MCMBs increased drastically with the temperature rising from 700 ℃ to 1 000 ℃, which was different from that in the temperature range of 1 700 ℃ to 2 800 ℃. The discharge capacity of MCMB heat treated at 700 ℃ was 425 mAh/g which was higher the theoretical capacity of graphite (376 mAh/g).The micropore in MCMBs seems to have some capacity of storing lithium ion.
