摘要
将条件价值法(CVM)引入农业节水的生态价值研究领域。通过对居民支付意愿的问卷调查,评价流域通过农业节水实现生态修复的生态价值,并建立行政区居民支付意愿与人均收入和多年平均降雨的关系。以石羊河流域综合治理为例,结果表明通过农业节水实现2020年生态治理效果的生态价值为1.746 8亿元,单方农业节水的生态价值为0.344元/(m3.a);居民的支付意愿与人均收入和多年平均降雨有显著线性关系。
In this paper,the contingent valuation method(CVM) was adopted to research the ecological value of agricultural water-saving.Associated with a questionnaire survey,the CVM was used to evaluate the willingness to pay(WTP) of restoring ecosystem services through agricultural water-saving in an inland river basin.The relation between WTP and income per capita was established.Taking Shiyang river basin as a case study,the results showed that the WTP of restoring ecosystem services through agricultural water-saving in the river basin in 2020 was 174.68 million Yuan.The ecological value of agricultural water-saving was evaluated as 0.344 $/(m3·a).The WTP had distinct linear relation with income per capita and annual mean precipitation.
