摘要
现代生产、生活产生了大量的电子废弃物,并呈急剧上升趋势,合理地回收与利用电子废弃物已经成为关乎人类环境优化发展的重要课题。由于我国对电子废弃物缺乏健全的回收体系和有效的监管,导致较为严重的环境污染与资源浪费。为此,政府应尽快制定相关法律法规,完善管理机制,科学化处理电子废弃物使之能够变废为宝。
The modern production and living has generated quite a lot of electronic wastes and the quantity is still rising. So it has become one of the key subject to recover and use the electronic wastes so as to ensure the sustainable environmental development for human beings. Due to the sound recovery system and effective monitoring system, the electronic wastes in China have produced severe environmental pollution and waste of resources. As a result, the government need to formulate relevant laws and regulations to improve the management system and scientifically turn electronic wastes into useful items.
