路轨两用消防车轨道行驶液压传动系统控制仿真研究 被引量:3

摘要 利用液压传动平稳可靠、占用空间小、高度集成化、能在大范围内实现无级调速等优点,开发研制了一种路轨两用消防车的轨道行驶液压驱动系统。但是由于液压驱动系统中也存在的参数时变和干扰等非线性因素,因此引入简化模型参考自适应控制(SMRAC)方法,并在Matlab/Simulink环境下进行了仿真分析。仿真结果表明,结合状态反馈校正的模型参考自适应控制策略能有效克服时变参数的影响,跟踪马达的期望转速,提高了整车行驶的稳定性和可靠性。 Based on the hydraulic transmission being characterized with the smooth transmission, compact structure, high integration and continuously variable transmission, a new road-rail fire engine was studied which is characterized by two driving systems for serving to put out a fire on the road and the track. A simply model reference adaptive control system(SMARC) was applied in time variable and nonlinear hydraulic driving model. By simulation results of load and unload conditions, it is demonstrated that the present model reference adaptive control system can overcome the influence of the time varying parameters effectively and improve the vehicle stability and reliability.
