BaTiO_3系陶瓷电压非线性特性研究 被引量:1

VOLTAGE NONLINEARITY OF BaTiO_3 SYSTEM CERAMICS

摘要 对BaTiO3 - BaZrO3 ,BaTiO3 - BaSnO3 ,BaTiO3 - SnO2 ,BaTiO3 - SrTiO3 非线性陶瓷材料的介电性能(ε,tanδ) 与外加直流偏置电场、交流电场、测试频率、环境温度的关系进行了研究. 结果表明,这些材料均具有较强的电压非线性特性.BaZr0 .13Ti0.87O3 ,BaSn0 .06Ti0.94O3 在直流偏压下ε可变化1.5~2 .7 倍;在交流电压下ε可变化2 ~2 .5 倍,且具有高介电常数(ε= 2 000~3 500) 、较高抗电强度(> 2 500 V/m m),可用作开关电源RCD 保护电路的非线性陶瓷电容器和荧光灯无触点起辉器材料.Ba1- xSrxTiO3( x= 0.6~0 .7)在直流偏压下ε变化20 % 左右,且具有高抗电强度( ≥4 000 V/m m)、适中的介电常数、低介质损耗、较好的频率特性和稳定的温度特性,因而可用作相控阵天线陶瓷移相器介质. 实验还发现,加正、反两方向直流偏压时,材料的ε- Ebia曲线不重合. The nonlinear ceramic materials, BaTiO 3-BaZrO 3, BaTiO 3-BaSnO 3,BaTiO 3-SrTiO 3,BaTiO 3-SnO 2 were investigated. DC bias and AC voltage were applied to the samples in order to research the dielectric behavior of these materials. The breakdown field strength and the effects of temperature and frequency on the dielectric constant and dielectric loss (tan δ ) were studied as well. The results show that BaZr 0.13 Ti 0.87 O 3 and BaSn 0.06 Ti 0.94 O 3 ceramics have strong nonlinearity,for example,their ε can change 1.5~2.7 times when DC bias is applied and 2~2.5 times when AC voltage is applied.In addition,both BaZr 0.13 Ti 0.87 O 3 and BaSn 0.06 Ti 0.94 O 3 ceramics have high dielectric constant ( ε =2 000~3 500 at 0 bias) and high breakdown field strength (>2 500 V/mm),so they can be used as the materials of nonlinear capacitive turn_off snubber for electronic power switches and contact_less starting devices for fluorescent lamps. Ba 1- x Sr x TiO 3( x =0.6~0.7) has appropriate nonlinearity at DC bias, lower dielectric constant and dielectric loss, higher temperature_stability and better high_frequency properties , so it can be used as the material of phase shifter for phased_array antennas. In contrast, because 0.94BaTiO 3- 0.06SnO 2 has lower breakdown field strength, it can not be used in the above field even if it has low dielectric loss, good temperature_stability and strong nonlinearity. Moreover, it has been found that the ε - E bia curves for ferroelectric ceramics are not overlapped when the DC bias are applied in opposite directions.
