摘要
对ＭＲＰⅡ实际中的问题进行总结，从ＭＲＰⅡ的核心和管理思想、它与深化改革、强化管理的关系等方面再认识ＭＲＰⅡ．旨在推动我国企业进一步完善和发展ＭＲＰⅡ，加快企业网的建设和我国的信息化进程。
The paper sums up problems from practice and recognizes MRPⅡ from its core and management thought , its relation with deepening reform and strengthening enterprise management and so on . The aim is to promote our nation's enterprises to make progress in perfecting and developing MRPⅡ ,so as to quicken Intranet's construction and our nation's informationalizing process .
