摘要
介绍了聚乙烯共混改性制备滚塑专用料的方法，讨论了添加不同品种、不同含量抗氧剂对专用料加工稳定性能和长期热氧老化性能的影响，添加不同含量光稳定剂对专用料耐先老化性能的影响。另外，还分析了专用料研磨后粉料的性能。经国内多家主要滚塑厂试验及生产应用表明，专用料的性能指标与U．C．CDNDB7148相当，完全能够满足国内滚塑厂家的要求。
Method for producing PP compounds for rotational molding by blending modification is Pre-sented. Influence of dosages and kinds of antioxidants on processing stability and long-term thermaland oxidative ageing stability, and influence of dosaes of photo stabilizers on photo ageing resis-tance of the componds are discussed. In addition, properties of powder which is prepared by grind-ing of the compounds are analyzed. Based on the tests and uses of some main domestic rotationalmofders, the compounds is equivalent to U. C. C DND 7148 and can completely meet the require-ments of the rotational molders.
