摘要
目的总结肺结核合并肺癌的临床和CT影像学特点,提高其诊断水平。方法回顾性收集60例肺结核合并肺癌病例的临床资料。结果 60例肺结核合并肺癌患者中,18例具有中央型肺癌征象,28例具有周围型肺癌征象,均能正确诊断;14例由于不具有典型肺癌征象而被延误诊断。结论肺结核合并肺癌现象并不少见,不典型肺癌容易被误诊、漏诊,对于陈旧性或进展期肺结核,临床症状加重,肺部影像学征象异常改变,应高度怀疑肺结核合并肺癌可能,及时进行相关辅助检查明确诊断。
Objective To summarize the clinic and CT imaging characteristics of pulmonary tuberculosis with lung carcinoma,and to improve the diagnostic level.Methods Retrospective collection of clinic data was conducted from 60 cases of pulmonary tuberculosis with lung carcinoma.Results In 60 patients,56 cases were diagnosed correctly,because 18 of them with typical CT findings of centraltype lung carcinoma and 28 of them with typical CT findings of peripheral lung carcinoma,but 14 cases were misdiagnosed because of atypical CT findings of lung carcinoma.Conclusion Pulmonary tuberculosis with lung carcinoma is common seen,atypical lung carcnioma is easily misdiagnosed,when new symptoms appeared or aggravated,and abnormal imaging changes were observed,the simultaneous ocurrence of lung carcnioma and pulmonary tuberculosis should be very highly suspected.Timely relevant examinations should be conducted to imp rove diagnostic level.[
