摘要
本文通过对高校体育教学实行竞争挂牌制的思考与研究，重点分析了下岗教师 的去向问题，通过对专家调查访问等，提出了下岗教师再培训的必要性、培训形式、时间 等的可行性方案。
The team probes into the question that what the jobless eapecially the teachers are going to be, through the research and thoughts about the higher education physical education practising competition and hanging up brand. It put forward the practicial plan about practice necessity、form、time and so on.
