摘要
目的:探讨孕三烯酮联合短效避孕药治疗功能失调性子宫出血的临床疗效。方法:自阴道出血第1天起每天服用短效避孕药妈富隆1粒联合孕三烯酮2.5 mg,连用21天共3个疗程。观察用药前后的阴道出血症状、血常规、肝肾功能,B超检查子宫大小。结果:经3个疗程治疗后,平均月经量由(155±16.03)m l减少至(49.78±27.45)m l(P<0.05),平均血红蛋白由(77±1.03)g/L提高至(104.25±2.4)g/L(P<0.05),总满意率为89.29%。结论:孕三烯酮联合短效避孕药治疗难治性功能失调性子宫出血可显著提高疗效。
Objective：To discuss the curative effect of dysfunctional uterine bleeding patients treated by oral contraceptive combined gestrinone..Methods：28 cases of dysfunctional uterine bleeding including out-patient and inhospital patients from Jan 2008 to Jan 2010 treated by gestrinone 250 mg 2 times per week,and oral contraceptive one time per day,used in conjunction 21 days for 3 courses were retrospectively analyzed to observe dysfunctional uterine bleeding symptoms,blood,liver and kidney functions,ultrasonic examination of pelvic cavity before and after treatment..Results：In the cases of 28 patients,after treatment for the third time the volume of bleeding reduced from（155±16.03）ml to（49.78±27.45）ml（P0.05）,the hemoglobin increased from（77±1.03）g/L to（104.25±2.4）g/L（P0.05） and the total satisfaction rate was 89.29%..Conclusion：Gestrinone combined oral contraceptive treatment of dysfunctional uterine bleeding can significantly increase the curative effect..
