本文探讨了ERP系统实施的一个可行策略-外购。在回顾了ERP的要点之后,简单介绍了外购的概念、优势及选择系统集成商(外购商)
In this paper, we dis-cuss a feasible strategy of im-plementing ERP system-out-sourcing. After reviewing the fea-tures of EBP system, we intro-duce the concept, advantage ofoutsourcing and the criteria ofselecting outsourcer.
