摘要
在“集成化”、“动态联盟”等现代企业发展新趋势下，合作型竞争这种企业运作思想，是企业发展的“第三条道路”，“供应链管理”是能够体现企业合作经营思想的新的管理模式，合作对策与委托实现机制是合作型竞争企业实现供应链管理的重要环节。本文着重探讨供应链管理思想的发展和研究动态。
