Smac在肿瘤进展及治疗中的意义 被引量：1

摘要 近来多有对线粒体促凋亡蛋白（secondmitochondria—derived activator of caspase，Smac）促进凋亡机制的研究，是细胞凋亡研究中的一个热点，研究发现线粒体促凋亡因子野生型（Smac／DIABLO）在细胞凋亡过程中起着重要作用，并且在肿瘤的发生、发展及治疗中也有重要作用，现就Smac在肿瘤进展中的研究作一综述。
