摘要
目的:调查湖南资兴山区眼疾病分布状态。方法:对湖南资兴山区全部眼科住院病人及2009年眼科门诊1年的初诊病人进行调查统计分析。结果:住院眼科疾病眼外伤居第1位,泪器病居第2位,角膜病居第3位,白内障居第4位,青光眼居第5位。门诊眼科疾病结膜炎、眼睑炎症、泪器病等其他眼病类居第1位,屈光不正居第2位,眼底病居第3位,角膜病居第4位,眼外伤居第5位。结论:住院眼科疾病以致肓性眼病为主,门诊眼科疾病以眼前段病为主。
Objective:To research the distribution of eye diseases in Zixing mountain ares,Hunan Province.Methods:Analyse the figures from the survey conducted among all of the in-patients and patients to the policlinic from 2007 to 2009,who come from the romote areas in Zixing.Results:When it comes to the in-patient department,the rank of the diseases is as follows:eye trauma,lacrimal apparatus diseases,corneal diseases,cataract and glaucoma.As for the policlinic,conjunctivitics,eyelid inflammation,lacrimal apparatus diseases and others come first,followed by anisometropia,eyeground diseases,corneal diseases and eye trauma.Conclusion:In the in-patient department,what plays a dominant role is the ocular diseases causing blindness,while in the policlinic it's ocular anterior segment.
