摘要
本文提出了一种用于超声心动图象定量分析和计算机辅助诊断的新方法,即在极坐标系下,对于每帧图象基于精确边缘提取所得的心脏轮廓的内外边界,计算心脏半径和壁厚以及它们随角度方向的变化;然后再依次分析某角度方向上心脏半径和壁厚随时间的变化;并据此构造心脏运动分析评价函数。
Presented a new method for quantitative analysis and computer aided diagnosis of echocardiogram. The cardiac radius and wall thickness in any direction of angle were calculated based on extracted cardiac edges of echocardiograms in polar coordinate. Then we analyzed the radius and wall thickness varying with time in every direction of angle in the sequence images. Finally, we constructed a criterion function of cardiac motion analysis for realizing computer aided diagnosis.
