摘要
在血流Doppler 测量中,利用超声对比增强剂(UCA) 作用下的谐波Doppler 效应是项新技术。本文首次报道了谐波Doppler 产生的机理,频移公式,测量条件,校正方法等研究内容,指出了谐波Doppler 的主要优点是扩展了测量低速血流的速度下限。
Harmonic Doppler effect was used in blood flow measurement with ejected contrast agents illuminated by ultrasound. The mechanism, frequency shift formula, measurement conditions and correction method of measurement were first reported in harmonic Doppler effect. The major advantages of harmonic Doppler were to extend the low velocity limitation of blood flow measurement and to reduce the background noise.
