摘要
用电感偶合等离子体发射光谱法（ＩＣＰ－ ＡＥＳ），对云南省云龙县金竹林地区和城区的猪肉进行了１９种元素的测定。结果表明，在两地区的猪肉中，均含有人体必需的Ｃａ、Ｍｇ、Ｎａ、Ｐ、Ｓ５种常量元素及Ｚｎ、Ｃｕ、Ｍｎ、Ｆｅ、Ｍｏ ５ 种微量元素（Ｓｅ和Ｓｒ未检出），且这些元素在金竹林地区猪肉中的含量高于云龙县城区；有害元素Ｃｄ、Ｂ、Ａｌ均未检出，Ａｓ、Ｐｂ 的含量甚微。金竹林地区猪肉中还含Ｃｒ。
kind of elemnts in the pork form a area of Jin Zhulin and the city proper in Yunlong country of Yunnan provine have been ditermined by ICP-AES.The results show there are five commonelements such as Ca,Mg,Na,P,Sand five trace elements such as Zn,Cu,Mn,Fe,Mo,which are necessary to human,in all of the pork from two areas (Se and Sr were not ditermined),and the conten of these elements in the pork of the area of Jin Zhulin was higher than that of in the city proper in Yunlong country.Harmful elements Cd,B,Al were not ditermined ,the conten of As and Pb were very less.There is Cr in the pork from the area of Jin Zhulin.It is closely related with a good trace element system of the environment in the area.
