阐述了柔性管理的含义,探讨了人本化的管理理念、自主化的调节机制等柔性管理特征,提出了培养高素质和高学历的员工、创建扁平化的组织和实施动态化的考评等高校图书馆柔性管理的具体措施。
This paper expounds the connotation of the flexible management,probes into some features of the flexible management such as the concept of humanistic management,and the mechanism of independent adjustment,etc.,and puts forward some measures for carrying out the flexible management such as cultivating the high-quality and highly educated staff,creating the flat organization,and implementing the dynamic assessment,etc.
