摘要
在对我国许多港口的门座起重机作了大量的调查研究之后，对起重机金属结构的故障进行了讨论．将起重机金属结构故障分为四种，给出了起重机结构故障及其发生部位的分布情况．并对其中一种结构的故障进行了分析．对起重机金属结构故障分布的研究是开展起重机金属结构状态监测的第一步．
This paper discusses faults of metal structures based on a vast of investigation on wharf crane of many ports in our country. Four faults are categoried. Distribution of the faults and positions occurred are given. Then it analyses a fault. This is the first step of monitoring status of the structures of the cranes.
