摘要
我国在生态补偿机制的建设方面进行了诸多的理论和实践探索,但生态补偿在制度供给方面仍然面临很多问题,本文以优化制度为出发点,从提高政府主导型生态补偿机制效率、完善生态补偿财政机制、完善生态补偿制度政策体系等方面,提出了优化生态补偿制度供给的建议。
Although there is a lot of theory and practice of exploration for our ecological compensation mechanism construction,but the ecological compensation is still facing many problems in the system on the supply side.In terms of ecological compensation system,in order to optimize the system as a starting point,this article proposes the optimization of ecological compensation system from increasing government-led eco-compensation mechanism efficiency,improving the ecological compensation financial mechanisms,and improving policy system of ecological compensation system.
