针对《航海技术》1998年第3期上刊登的译文《六分仪的垂直观测与天体高度精度》,提出自己的见解,讨论了天体高度观测方法与观测精度。
In this psper,the author proposes his own opinions on the error of the observed altitude of the heavenly bodies.
