摘要
采用自制带隔板的环形约束收缩试验装置,通过正交试验,研究砂胶比、水胶比、钢纤维掺量对活性粉末混凝土(RPC)抗裂性能的影响.研究表明:钢纤维掺量对RPC抗裂性能影响最显著,而砂胶比、水胶比对RPC抗裂性能影响不明显;随着钢纤维掺量的增加,RPC抗裂性能提高;钢纤维掺量为3%时,RPC抗裂性能最好;但当钢纤维掺量达到4%时,RPC抗裂性能反而有所下降.
Using a self-made annular constraint test equipment with a steel clapboard, the effect of steel fiber content, sand - binder ratio and water - binder ratio on the cracking resistant behavior of reactive powder concrete (RPC) was investigated that steel fiber content has the most significant by an orthogonal experiment. The study results reveal effect on the cracking resistant behavior of RPC, and the influence of sand - binder ratio or water - binder ratio on the cracking resistant behavior of R_PC is not obvious. With the increase of the steel fiber content, the cracking resistant behavior of RPC be- comes better. The cracking resistant behavior of RPC reaches best when steel fiber content is 3% by volume of RPC. However, the cracking resistant behavior of RPC declines slightly when the steel fiber content reaches 4% by volume of RPC.
