摘要
该文对当前发展建设过程中频繁的拆建现象进行反思,分析了改造利用旧建筑的必要性和可行性,总结出几种改造的模式和策略,并通过武汉中国地质大学图书馆的实际案例对现存建筑改扩建实际操作上的具体措施进行初步的探索。
With reflecting the phenomenon of the construction demolition in the present development process,this article analyzes the necessity and feasibility in changing use of the old buildings.At the same time,it also summarizes several kinds of renovation patterns and the strategies.Furthermore,the specific measures,in practical operation of the renovation and expansion of the existing buildings,are explored preliminarily through the analysis of the actual case that is the library in Wuhan China University of Geosciences.
