磁共振动态增强乳腺VIEWS扫描及时间信号曲线结合在早期乳腺癌诊断中的应用价值 被引量:11

摘要 目的:探讨磁共振动态增强乳腺VIEWS扫描及时间信号曲线结合对早期乳腺癌诊断的应用价值。方法:60例乳腺疾病患者(恶性46例,良性14例)行磁共振乳腺动态增强扫描并对病灶进行时间-信号曲线分析。结果:恶性肿瘤的动态增强形态学表现多为病灶边缘不清或呈毛刺征,形态不规则呈分叶状,内部信号不均匀或呈边缘强化,肿物邻近血管增粗、增多;时间-信号曲线多呈Ⅲ型或Ⅱ型表现。良性肿瘤形态学表现多为边缘清晰、形态规则,呈均匀或呈弥漫性、斑片样强化;时间-信号曲线表现为Ⅰ型或Ⅱ型。结论:动态增强乳腺VIEWS扫描可同时获得乳腺病变的形态学和功能学诊断信息,动态增强与时间-信号曲线联合应用,可进一步提高早期乳腺癌的MRI诊断准确性。 Objective: To investigate the application value of dynamic conwast-enhanced breast MRI VIEWS scan combined with time signal curve in the diagnosis of breast cancer. Methods: Dynamic contrast-enhanced MRI was conducted and the time signal curves of breast lesions were drawn for 60 patients with breast disease(malignant 46,benign 14). Results: Morphologic features of malignant tumors mostly showed blurred or thin spiculate outlines, irregular shape or lobular signs, and signal heterogeneity or peripheral enhancement in dynamic contrast-enhanced MRI. Time signal curve showed type Ⅲ or Ⅱ. Morphologic features of benign tumors mostly showed clear edge, regular shape and homogeneous signal, or diffuse spot enhancement. Time signal curve showed typeI or Ⅱ Conclusion: Dynamic contrast-enhanced breast MRI VIEWS scan can get diagnosis information including morphology and function of breast lesions. The combined application of dynamic contrast-enhanced and time signal curve in MRI will greatly enhance the sensitivity of the breast cancer diagnosis.
