摘要
介绍了西安市地铁一号线D1TJSG-4标枣园站—汉城路站区间隧道采用矿山法施工的初期支护施工工艺及施工参数。着重就格栅钢架、喷射混凝土和回填注浆等3方面介绍了制作、安装及施工步骤、工艺、相关参数及注意事项,可为类似工程提供借鉴。
Taking Bid D1TJSG-4,the interval tunnel of Zaoyuan Station-Hancheng Rd.Station of Xi'an Metro Line 1 for example,the initial support technique and construction parameters of this tunnel by means of mine tunneling method are introduced.Several key points are emphasized including fabrication,installation,procedure,process,relevant parameters and cautions from 3 aspects of grille steel,sprayed concrete and backfill grouting,which can provide references for similar projects in the future.
