摘要
利用C语言的日期函数及对系统功能的调用．通过对磁盘上形成及删除标志文件的方法．实现对每月26日的自动躲避。
Excluding 26~th each month automatically can be realized by means of creating and deleting the flag-fileon the disc. together with utilizing the date fuction and transfering the system functions of c language.
