从三个不同角度分析了信息的内在特征， 定义了信息的灵敏度、信息的价值灵敏度和信息的准确度，为不同信息的比较提供了主要的参考指标．
This paper deeply analyzed the inherent characters of information from three different directions, defined the concepts of sensitivity, value sensitivity and precision of information to compare different information. These make it possible to evaluate information scientifically.
