摘要
在分析区域创新平台服务对象接受服务内容与渠道、合作主体与平台合作方式以及不同层面管理者对平台发展的关注重点基础上,设计了基于多主体的创新平台绩效评价指标体系,真实、客观地反映了相关主体意见,分析了平台绩效评价的科学性与可操作性。
Based on the analysis of serving content and approach of regional innovation platform serving objects and the operation methods between platform and its partner as well as the key focus of different layer manager,the innovation platform performance evaluation index system is designed based on multi-subject in this paper,in order to truly and objectively reflect each entity＇s opinion and increase the maneuverability and scientificalness of platform performance evaluation.
