利用小麦×玉米诱导单倍体技术育成小麦新品种中麦533 被引量:23

摘要 利用小麦与玉米杂交方法进行单培体育种,可缩短育种年限,提高育种效率。本文报道了用小麦×玉米方法培育小麦新品种中麦533的过程。该品种的突出特点是高产、节水,条锈病中抗至高抗,白粉病免疫。北京市节水区域试验平均产量5 598 kg.hm-2,比对照京冬8号增产5.2%;生产试验平均产量5 502kg.hm-2,比对照增产9.7%。同时介绍了利用小麦×玉米单倍体育种的体会。 Haploid breeding by wheat × maize cross can reduce the breeding cycle and improve breeding efficiency.In this paper,we reported the new wheat variety Zhongmai 533 developed by wheat × maize hybridization.This cultivar showed high yield,good drought tolerance,resistant to stripe rust and immune to powdery mildew,with the yield of 5.598 t·hm-2 and 5.502 t·hm-2 in Beijing Regional Yield Trial and Pilot Trial,respectively,which were 5.2% and 9.7% higher than that of control variety Jingdong 8.Meanwhile,the experience of applying haploid breeding through wheat × maize cross in wheat improvement was presented.
