氯胺酮用药剂量和时间对大鼠未成熟脑组织神经元凋亡的影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨氯胺酮多次用药的剂量和时间对大鼠未成熟脑组织神经元凋亡的影响。方法:7日龄SD大鼠腹腔注射氯胺酮(非竞争性的N-甲基-D-天冬氨酸受体拮抗剂),采用原位末端标记法检测不同脑区的凋亡。结果:与生理盐水对照组比较,单剂量氯胺酮(25、50和75mg/kg)神经元凋亡数的变化无统计学意义。而以90min为间隔多次注射氯胺酮(25mg/kg)达9h在大脑的10个脑区中有7个脑区的神经元的凋亡显著性增加。结论:氯胺酮给药时间的增加与大鼠未成熟脑组织的神经元凋亡密切相关。
