摘要
探讨FA398型并条机的自调匀整效果。介绍了该机的技术特征及自调匀整装置的参数设置;在CJ 14.6 tex和T/C 65/35 18.4 tex品种上进行了生产试验,并结合使用实践,提出了使用中应注意的问题。生产实践证明,FA398型自调匀整并条机能够明显改善熟条质量以及各项成纱质量指标。
Autoleveler effect of FA398 drawing frame was discussed, Technology characteristics of FA398 drawing frame and parameter setting of autoleveler were analyzed. The problems in practice after tested on CJ 14.6 tex and T/C 65/35 18.4 tex yarn were proposed. The practice shows that FA398 drawing frame equipped with autoleveler can improve drawn sliver quality and spun yarn quality index obviously.
