摘要
本文通过对英国实验室能力验证体系基本情况、主要特点和质量保障等方面进行综述,与我国现有的能力验证计划进行比较,对我国能力验证体系的健全与完善提出建议。
The article reviews the basic situations and major characteristics and quality assurance of British proficiency testing system, which compares with our present PT schemes, and provides suggestions for strengthening our PT system.
