摘要
建立于20世纪50年代初的中国社会养老保险制度经历了长期的发展和改革过程。在这一制度变迁的过程中,虽然体现出公平性的不断改善,但无论从国际比较还是国内现实来看,目前中国的社会养老保险制度还存在明显的非公平性,构建城乡一体化的多层次统一模式成为必然趋势。
Social pension system of China that established in the early 1950s has experienced the long-term process of development and reform.In this process,although fairness has been improved,unfairness obviously exists in international or domestic.Constructing the multi-level pattern which integrates the city and countryside becomes the inevitable trend.
