摘要
根据中小企业和大企业的特殊性以及中国国情,可将中小企业和大企业的共生模式分为点—点模式、点—面模式、面—面模式、虚拟型模式和生态工业园模式。应分别针对我国东、中、西部地区中小企业与大企业共生模式存在的不同问题采取相应的对策,优化中小企业与大企业共生模式。
Small and medium enterprises and large enterprises have their own particularity.According to the circumstances in China,symbiosis modes between them are divided into point to point mode,point to surface mode,surface to surface mode,virtual mode and eco-industrial park mode.Based on the theory of transaction costs,comparing the symbiosis mode between those enterprises will provide advice to the optimization of symbiosis mode between small and medium enterprises and large enterprises.
