血管紧张素Ⅱ受体拮抗剂抗心衰作用及对神经内分泌激素的影响 被引量:2

Effects of Angiotensin Ⅱ Receptor antagonist on Heart Function and \;Neurocrine Hormones in Patients with Congestive Heart Failure

摘要 目的:探讨血管紧张素Ⅱ受体拮抗剂cozaar(商品名科素亚)抗心力衰竭疗效及对充血性心力衰竭患者血浆部分神经内分泌激素的影响。方法:35 例充血性心力衰竭患者服用cozaar 25 m g/d~50m g/d 治疗12 周,观察其治疗前后血浆肾素活性(PRA)、血管紧张素Ⅱ(AngⅡ)、去甲肾上腺素(NE)、肾上腺素(E)、内皮素(ET)、一氧化氮(NO) 水平及治疗前后心功能改变情况。结果:cozaar 治疗12 周后心功能得到明显改善,血浆PRA、AngⅡ、NE、ET水平均显著下降,NO水平升高。结论:血管紧张素Ⅱ拮抗剂不仅能抑制肾素一血管紧张素活性,还能抑制交感神经系统活性,调节内皮细胞舒缩功能。 Aim:To investigate the effect of cozaar on congestive heart failure and neurocrine hormones. Method:35 patients with congestive heart failure were treated with cozaar 25~50 mg once daily for 12 weeks. Before and after the treatment,blood pressure(BP),heart rate(HR),levels of blood plasma renin activity(PRA),angiotension Ⅱ(Ang Ⅱ), norepinephrine( NE),epinephrine(E),endothelin(ET),and nitric oxide(NO) were measured. Results:Levels of PRA, AngⅡ,ET,NE, and E significantly decreased and NO increased after treetment. BP and HR decreased obviously. Heart function were ameliorated. Conclusion:Cozaar improves the heart function,supresses the activity of renin angiotensin and sympathetic system.
