新老伞兵跳伞训练心率变异性研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的:观察新老伞兵跳伞过程心率变异性指标的变化,探讨新老伞兵跳伞过程心理应激的变化特点。方法:跳伞训练的新兵30名,老兵20名,跳伞当天佩戴飞行员飞行生理参数记录检测仪连续动态记录心电信号,对其在驻地、机场、机上的短时程心率变异性指标进行分析。结果:随着跳伞时间的临近,新老伞兵心率变异性指标HF、HFNU出现降低,LFNU和LF/HF出现升高。与新兵不同的是,老兵在机场和机上的HF、HFNU及LFNU变化不明显,老兵在驻地和机上的HF、HFNU均高于新兵,LFNU和LF/HF均低于新兵。结论:跳伞训练中新兵和老兵相比,心理应激水平较高,变化较大。 Objective:To explore the characteristics of mental stress of novice and experienced parachutists using heart rate variability.Methods: RR-interval data was collected from 30 novice and 20 experienced parachutists during military jump trainings,and short-term heart rate variability parameters were calculated.Following the forthcoming of jump trainings,the decrease of HF and HFNU and the increase of LFNU and LF/HF were observed both in novice and experienced parachutists.Results:In the experienced parachutists,there was no significant difference between the HF,HFNU and LFNU at the airport and on the plane.But significant difference was observed in the novice.In addition,HF and HFNU of the experienced at the camp or on the plane were higher than that of the novice.However,LFNU and LF/HF were lower.Conclusion:Compared with experienced parachutists,mental stress level of novice parachutists during military jump training was high,and the change was great.
