摘要
目的:探讨精神病人睡眠障碍的临床疗效。方法:采用回顾性分析的方法,分析我院收治的精神病并睡眠障碍患者84例临床资料。结果:观察组治疗后匹兹堡睡眠质量指数明显优于对照组,观察组临床治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,P<0.05,差异均有统计学意义。结论:精神病人睡眠障碍临床疗效明显,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of sleep disorders of mental patients.Methods Retrospective analysis,analysis of our hospital,psychiatric and sleep disorders in 84 patients clinical data.After treatment,the results observed Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index than the control group,the clinical observation group was significantly higher than the total effective rate,P0.05,differences were statistically significant.Conclusion The clinical efficacy of sleep disorders in psychiatric patients was worthy of clinical application.
