摘要 缺氧缺血性脑病(HIE)是小儿智力、发育落后以及脑瘫等病残的主要原因。由于损伤时脑的成熟度、血氧降低的程度、损伤持续时间的不同,脑损伤的表现也不同,因此准确地判定HIE的严重度和损伤部位需依靠超声、CT和MRI等影像学方法,尤其新的MRI技术,从脑形态及功能学方面为观察HIE提供了新视角,在早期诊断、监测干预治疗、预测疗效等方面显示出广阔的应用前景。
