摘要
采用X荧光分析(XRF)和X射线衍射(XRD)对精密铸造废砂的组成进行了分析。结果表明,精密铸造废砂的主要成分为莫来石、硅酸铝、磷酸铝和硅酸锆,与硅酸铝质耐火浇注料类似。通过探索性试验可知,利用精密铸造废砂可制备适合工业窑炉等热工设备内衬及化工行业各种窑炉的莫来石质耐火浇注料。
The composition of used sand of investment casting was analyzed by X-Ray Fluorescence and X-Ray diffraction.The results indicated that the main composition of used sand of investment casting was mullite,aluminum-silicate,aluminum-phosphate and zircon-silicate.By exploratory experiment,it was found that castable mullite refractory could be prepared with used sand of investment casting.
