温度对半闭弯尾姬蜂发育和性比的影响 被引量:5

摘要 在室内条件下,研究温度对半闭弯尾姬蜂Diadegma semiclausum Hellen发育历期和性比的影响。结果表明:在15~27℃的范围内,半闭弯尾姬蜂的发育历期随着温度的升高而缩短,完成一个世代在15℃时需要35.97d;20℃时需要21.75d;22℃时需要18.57d;25℃时需要14.92d;27℃时需要14.29d。半闭弯尾姬蜂由产卵至羽化完成一个世代的发育起点温度为7.53℃,有效积温为269.07日度。在15~25℃的范围内,20℃时雌蜂比例最大,雌雄(♀:♂)性比为0.95,温度超过25℃,雌蜂比例明显降低,温度为27℃时,性比仅为0.25。综合温度对发育历期和性比的影响,室内繁殖半闭弯尾姬蜂以22℃为最适合温度。 Developmental time and sex ratio of Diadegma semiclausum,a larval parasite of diamondback moth,Plutella xylostella L.were observed under six constant temperatures ranged from 15℃ to 30℃.Results showed that the developmental time from egg to adult decreased significantly with the increase of temperature at 15-27℃,the developmental time of whole generation were 35.97,21.75,18.57,15.38,14.93 d at 15,20,22,25,27℃,respectively;the temperature threshold for the whole generation was calculated to be 7.53℃,and the effective temperature sums for the whole generation was assessed as 269.07 degree day;There was no effective of temperature on the sex ratio(♀:♂) at 15-25℃,but when temperature was higher than 25℃,the sex ratio(♀:♂) decreased significantly,0.25 at 27℃.The optimal temperature for mass-rearing was 22℃.
